Frequently asked questions
Can I add technicians without changing plans?
Yes, as long as you stay within the number of users in your plan: Basis up to 10, Professional up to 25 and Enterprise up to 50. Within that number the price does not change. Grow past it and you move to the next plan, and above 50 users we put it together with you.
What is the difference between the field app and office access?
The field app is what the technician uses on the job — on the phone, by voice, camera or typing. Office access is the same Manuel in the browser, for the service desk, planners and team leads who answer questions and manage the knowledge base. Every plan includes the field app; office access starts at Basis.
Do we have to upload documentation ourselves?
No. Manuel already works with manufacturer documentation — article codes, manuals, error codes and tips & tricks — in every plan. Your own company knowledge (work instructions, internal procedures) is added on top from Professional onwards, and we set that up with you during onboarding.
What does usage analytics actually show?
Team-level insight, not individual monitoring: which equipment and brands generate the most questions, which topics keep coming back, where your documentation has gaps, and how much search time the team saves. It is there to improve your knowledge base — not to check up on technicians.

What if we need more than 50 users?
Above 50 users you move to Custom: custom user volume, company knowledge at scale, an implementation and adoption plan, and tailored support and setup.
